Q1: Why I stil cannot read Chinese e-mail after namimail™ is installed?
A1: namimail™ trial version only works under Enterpriese Environment
(Exchange + BES). It converts only UTF16 common Chinese characters.
Regular Chinese encoding like Big5, GB and UTF8 are currently not supported.

Q2: Why are some question marks (?) inside my e-mail?
A2: namimail™ will replace unrecognizable characters with question marks. |

Q4: What do I do if the trial namimail expires?
A4: The trial software will no longer function after 1/17/2006 and users have to sign up the namimail service and pay the monthly service fee.
