Q Why are there 2 spaces under the User ID column for each account?
A We are requesting a 2nd choice for your desired User ID just in case the 1st choice for User ID is taken by another user.
Q Do I have to input the actual end user’s name under the “Name” column for each account?
Or can I use a different name assignment for each account?
A You can assign an account name other than the end user’s name (i.e. "company1", "company2", etc.
Q I do not have a BlackBerry device yet, so I do not know my IMEI and PIN.
A The BlackBerry IMEI and PIN are necessary for Namimail setup. Please purchase a BlackBerry device prior to registering for Namimail.
Q What should I do if I want to register more than 5 accounts?
A A form for additional accounts can be provided at your request. Please let us know if you would like this form and we will be more than happy to provide to you.
Q Can I assign a Secret Question one by one for each account?
A Yes. Please complete an application for each account.
Q What do I do if the Terms and Conditions need to be modified for legal purposes?
A We are not accepting modifications to the Terms & Conditions.
Q Where do I find my BlackBerry device’s IMEI and PIN?
A

The IMEI and PIN can be found at the following location on your BlackBerry device:
- Model 7100: Tools→Settings > Status
- All others: Options > Status

Q I only want the Namimail for BlackBerry software…
A We recommend selecting the Pay as You Go Plan.
If you do not utilize the Public Internet Access service with your PC, you will never be charged connection fees, hence, you will only be paying for Namimail.
Q Are charges for use of Namimail based on usage or time?
A No, Namimail charges are not based on usage or time. The Public Internet Access service, Namikiteru, via PC is charged based on time.
Q Are there any group rate discounts available?
A Yes, we provide group rate discounts only on the Fixed Rate Plan (Annual Contract). As for details on the discount rates, please contact a DOCOMO USA account manager in charge of your company.
Q When applying for BlackBerry Convenience Pack、are wireless Data + Voice charges paid to NTT DOCOMO USA?
A No, BlackBerry Convenience Pack wireless Data + Voice charges will be billed separately by AT&T.
Q Is it possible to modify the service plan after activation?
A Yes, it is possible.
However, based on the service plan you are enrolled in there may be a cancellation fee, so please verify before proceeding with a service cancellation.
