Regarding the Service Rate Plans

Q What are the necessary fees for using Namikiteru?

Q What payment methods are available?
A When registering we will ask you for your credit card details and automatically deduct the necessary charges on a monthly basis.
Accepted Cards:Amex, Visa, Master, JCB, Diner's, Discover
* We also accept credit cards issued in countries outside of the US.
Q How does the rate plan system work?
A

The rate plans are based on a monthly system.

Namikiteru WiFi + Namimail for BlackBerry:
The initial charge will include a usage charge for the number of days remaining in the month from time of activation in addition to next month’s basic monthly charge. On the 15th of the next month, the previous month’s overage fees (if there are any) in addition to the next month’s basic monthly charge will be applied.
Additionally, customers who register for the Pay As You Go Namikiteru service plan will be assessed a $20 Registration Fee upon account activation.

Pay As You Go Namikiteru Wi-Fi Service only (no Namimail for BlackBerry):
A $20 Registration fee will be applied upon account activation.
If you use the Namikiteru Service at the Pay As You Go rate, the usage charges will be applied on the 1th of the following month.

Q I’m still not quite sure how my service plan utilization and payment structure works…
A Please go to the Namikiteru website and on the left you will find the member login area in which you will input your User ID and Password.
After clicking "Log In" you will be taken to the members-only Account Management area where you can verify your account details, including Service Details and Payment Details.
Q How are utilization charges applied when cancelling a Montly Contract halfway through the month for which I’m registered?
A

1) Cancellation requests made from the 1st to the 14th of the month:
We will stop the service on the day the cancellation request is received.
Please note that the basic monthly fee for the remaining portion of the month after cancellation will not be refunded.
Overage charges (if any) will be applied when cancelling the service.

2) Cancellation requests made from the 15th to the end of the month.
We will stop the service on the day the cancellation request is received.
The next month’s basic monthly usage charge is likely to have been charged to your credit card already and will be refunded back to the credit card. But if there are any usage overage charges from the previous month the charge will be applied to offset the refund amount.

Q What fees are charged when cancelling the Namikiteru Pay As You Go service plan (no Namimail)?
A Usage charges incurred prior to cancellation of the account will be charged at the time of cancellation.
