Do I need to register with any other service providers
in order to use the Namikiteru WiFi service? |

No, it is not necessary to register with other service
providers as Namikiteru is a WiFi Network Access service.
Just by registering
for Namikiteru, it is possible to access the internet within our network. |

When registering, will you require the MAC address? |
| A |
No, the MAC address is not necessary. |

How soon can I begin using the service after registering? |
| A |
You can begin using the service as soon as the main contact
listed on your registration receives the registration confirmation email from
NTT DOCOMO USA containing the confirmed User ID and Password.
However, before
using the service it will be necessary to download and update the Namikiteru
Connection Manager software. Please refer to the following link for details on
the Connection Manager software download: |

Can several users connect to the Namikiteru network simultaneously
with 1 User ID? |

No.
Please register accounts for the number of users who
will be simultaneously accessing the Namikiteru network. |

Can you use the Namikiteru service at home? |
| A |
The Namikiteru WiFi service network is primarily for Public
Network access while you travel, therefore it is likely not possible to obtain
a signal in your place of residence. |

Can you use Namikiteru with a Macintosh computer (by Apple)? |

Regrettably the Namikiteru Connection Manager software
is not compatible with Macintosh computers, therefore it is not supported.
The
Connection Manager software is compatible with Windows 98, 2000, ME, and XP operating
systems. |

What browsers are compatible with the Namikiteru WiFi service? |
| A |
Due to security issues related to the PC browser and the
various procedures for maintaining security, it is necessary that the browser
correspond with JAVA/SSL (Internet Explorer v5.0 or higher, and Netscape Navigator
v4.7 or higher) |

Is there an email addressed issued when registered for
Namikiteru? |
| A |
You can apply for a Namikiteru domain email account when
registering for services.
* It may be necessary to reapply for a preferred email account if the account
name has already been registered for another customer. |

Is it possible to use Namikiteru to send and receive emails
of non-Namikiteru email accounts? |
| A |
This is normally possible, but you may need to verify
with your email account service provider if there are any restrictions for sending
and receiving emails or accessing the email account from an outside network. |

What is the size limitation of the Namikiteru email account? |
| A |
The maximum capacity of a Namikiteru email account is
50 megabytes. |

Is it possible to register several users under one account? |
| A |
Yes, this is possible.
We will issue 1 User ID and email address/account per service agreement contract.

What browsers are supported for viewing the Namikiteru
member’s portal site? |

The Namikiteru portal site is compatible with InternetExplorer5.5
and NetscapeNavigator7.0. The CSS, JavaScript, and FlashPlayer7 plugins are necessary
for viewing. |

Can you access Namikiteru networks with a PDA? |

Unfortunately there is not a Namikiteru Connection Manager
version for PDAs, although Web Authentication Methods may work for access (though
not guaranteed). |

Is there a schedule for Namikiteru access
point expansion? |

We are continuously increasing the number of access points
on a daily basis.
For the latest access point information, please refer to the
Access Point search on our website as well as the Location search tool in the
Namikiteru Connection manager. |

Where do you have access points outside of the United States? |

Namikiteru Access Points are available in 62 countries
around the world (as of April 1st, 2005). For the latest access point information
in these countries, please refer to the Access Point search on our website as

Are there international roaming fees for
Namikiteru WiFi access?
How much is it? |

There are approximately 13,000 access point locations
in 62 countries around the world including the United States (as of April 1st,
2005). Access at any of these locations do not require an international roaming
fee.
But please note that there are additional charges for T-Mobile and Connexion
by Boeing access points. |

What should I do when there is no WiFi,
but rather an Ethernet connection at the hotel that I’m staying? |

Please connect the Ethernet cable to your computer, launch
the Namikiteru Connection Manager and select the “Ethernet” button.
If the access
point is within our Namikiteru network, you will be able to connect to the internet. |

Can I use VPN with Namikiteru? |
| A |
Namikiteru is just a WiFi connection service and therefore
does not cover VPN services. Please kindly contact the supplier of your VPN services
for further details about whether or not it will work for public internet access
services. |

It is a global address system. You will be able to use
most internet applications. |
