Namikiteru WiFi Connection Service Utilization FAQs

Q How do I download the Namikiteru Connection Manager?
A First, go to the Namikiteru website at http://www.namikiteru.com. On the left hand side of the home page, enter your User ID and Password in the Member Login area to be logged in to the member’s area of the website.

Within the member’s area of the website, click on "Help & Support" and you will be taken to the software download page. Click on the appropriate "Connection Manager Download" link to begin the download and save it to your Desktop or any other location in which you can easily find the downloaded file.

Upon installing the Connection Manager software, it is recommended to perform a manual update once to add the latest access point information.
Q How do you manually update the Connection Manager?
A Upon installing the Namikiteru Connection Manager, please perform a manual installation.
First, please launch the Namikiteru Connection Manager. On the Connection Manager, go to "Menu" --> "Settings" --> "Update Settings" --> "Update Now"(leaving it on the default “Automatically download and install”).

In the future, an update will be automatically requested each time you connect to a network using the Namikiteru Connection Manager.
Q How can I get access to the most updated Namikiteru access point information?
A The Access Point Locations Map on the Namikiteru website is renewed on a periodic basis.
The Locations Map within the Connection Manager is updated automatically each time the Connection Manager is used to connect to a network.
Q If I accidentally input the wrong User ID and Password during the Connection Manager authentication process, will the ID input field lock up?
A No, the ID input will not lock.
Q How do I use the namikiteru.com email account?
A First, go to the Namikiteru website at http://www.namikiteru.com. On the left hand side of the home page, enter your User ID and Password in the Member Login area to be logged in to the member’s area of the website.

Within the member's area of the website, click on "WEB Mail" and the Namikiteru Webmail site will appear.
Please select the preferred language then enter your Namikiteru email address (your User ID+Namikiteru.com) and Password and you will be able to access and utilize your Namikiteru email account.
